Stuart Vardaman

Stuart Vardaman is currently the SVP, Product & Technology at Raines International. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Recruiting Research Team Lead and Senior Executive Leadership Recruiter at Google from July 2017 to January 2022. In this role, they led a team of researchers focused on Cloud's non-technical executive leadership positions. Stuart also served as an Executive Search and Assessment Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates from December 2015 to May 2017.

Stuart has a proven track record in executive recruiting and assessment. Stuart has extensive experience in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. Stuart is a strategic thinker and an excellent communicator. Stuart is passionate about their work and is committed to helping their clients achieve their desired results.

After Stuart Vardaman received their MBA from Texas A&M University with a focus in marketing and finance, they decided to pursue a career in business. Stuart started their own company and now serves as its CEO. Stuart is also a board member of several other businesses.
