Ashwini Pujari

Ashwini Pujari has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Their most recent positions include working as a Human Resources Director at RAK Digital Assets Oasis and RAK International Corporate Centre. Prior to these roles, Ashwini held the position of Head of Human Resources at KATIM and Digital14. They also worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at DarkMatter LLC, a Human Resource Specialist at Rolls-Royce, and an HR professional at african + eastern (near east) bvi. Ashwini began their career at Accenture, where they worked as a Human Resources Generalist and Recruitment Specialist.

Ashwini Pujari completed a PGDM in HR from Alliance Business School from 2004-2006. In 2023, Ashwini obtained an Advance Organisation Design degree from Hult Ashridge. They also have additional certifications in Human Resources Leadership and Strategic Impact, as well as Succession Planning, both obtained from LinkedIn in 2019.
