Pauline Ng

Pauline Ng has over 30 years of work experience in various HR roles and management positions. Pauline is currently the Group Chief People Officer at Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care, where they provide strategic guidance on organizational and people-related issues. Prior to this, they served as the Head of HR & GA at Samsung Electronics and Head of HR Business Partner, Support & International at Hong Leong Bank Berhad. Pauline has also held leadership positions at HL Management Co. Sdn. Bhd., Trilogue Consulting, BTI Consultants Malaysia, PeopleSpace Sdn Bhd, Korn/Ferry International, and Business Trends. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in talent management, executive search, consulting, and HR generalist functions.

Pauline Ng completed their secondary education at Bukit Bintang Girls' School from 1979 to 1989, where they obtained their SPM. Following that, they pursued a BBA degree in Business Administration at RMIT University, which they completed in 2003.
