Carika Pretorius

Carika Pretorius has extensive work experience in various roles. From 2014 to present, they worked at Rand Mutual - RMA as an Assistant to the Head of Medical, Head of Rehabilitation, and Head of Prevention. Carika'sresponsibilities included providing administrative support to senior managers, coordinating workshops and events, managing travel arrangements, and handling queries from clients and suppliers. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Kaelo Consulting as an Executive Assistant and Executive Programme Coordinator. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2011, they worked at ICAS Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd as a Business Intelligence Analyst, where they generated client reports, conducted data analysis, managed projects, and contributed to the development of analysis tools. Carika also has previous experience in various roles dating back to 1995.

Carika Pretorius has a diverse education history that spans from 2009 to 2019. In 2009, they attended the UNISA Centre of Business Management, where they pursued a degree in Principles and Practices of Knowledge Management. Moving forward to 2015, Carika was enrolled at Imsimbi, where they studied Finance for Non-Financial Managers, earning an NQF Level 4 & 5 qualification. In 2018, they briefly attended Wits Business School, focusing on Principals of Project Management. Lastly, in 2019, Carika completed a course in Assertive Communication at RMA Learning & Development, obtaining an NQF4 qualification.
