Eoghan Conlon O'Neill has a varied work experience. In 2021, they have been working as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Randori, an IBM Company. Eoghan also worked as a Teaching Assistant with Centre for Talented Youth Ireland for their Astronomy programme. In 2013, they were a Sailing Instructor at Blessington Sailing Club, where they were responsible for ~10 children on and off the water for a 3 week sailing course during both summers, and provided rescue cover at several national sailing events, and general weekend sailing.

Eoghan Conlon O'Neill has attended two educational institutions. From 2007 to 2013, they attended Terenure College and obtained a Leaving Certificate. From 2013 to 2018, they attended Dublin City University and obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Physics with Astronomy. In addition, they have obtained two certifications, an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services Training and Certification in 2020 and a Rescue Emergency Care Level III from Osier Hill Training in 2017.
