Jennifer H.

Jennifer H. has a diverse work experience in the apparel industry. Jennifer started their career as a Print Design Intern at Zandra Rhodes in 2008 and then interned at various companies such as Preen, The Colorfield, Saltwater, Burberry, and Jaeger, gaining valuable experience in design. In 2010, they joined Adidas Group as an Assistant Designer for the Adidas London 2012 Olympics Team and later worked as an Assistant Graphics and Apparel Designer. Jennifer then became an Apparel Designer in the Women's Running Performance Division, contributing to trend collaborations and managing designers. In 2016, Jennifer worked as a Concept Creator at the Brooklyn Farm for Adidas. From 2017 to 2021, they held different roles at Adidas, including Senior Apparel Designer in the Women's Running Performance Division and Senior Apparel + Bra Designer in the Women's Training department. Jennifer'sresponsibilities included defining creative direction, managing designers and interns, and presenting design concepts to senior leadership. Currently, Jennifer serves as the Head of Apparel Design at Rapha, leading the Apparel design team and shaping the future of the brand.

From 2007 to 2010, Jennifer H. attended the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London. Jennifer earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree during this time, focusing on Surface Textiles for Womenswear.
