Stephany McLaughlin

Director of Customer Success at Rapid Recon

Stephany McLaughlin began their career in 2007 at Toyota of Bellevue, where they held the role of Assistant Retail Parts Manager. In this role, they had extensive product knowledge and customer service, managed accessory sales using the AOA program, and assisted in integration between departments. In 2014, they joined Rapid Recon, where they held the roles of Director of Customer Success, Manager of Customer Success, Account Manager, and Business Development Consultant.

Stephany McLaughlin attended Green River College from 2003-2005, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) in Art/Art Studies, General. Stephany then attended the University of Washington from 2005-2006, studying Art/Art Studies, General.
