Steve Gilbert

Steve Gilbert has a long and diverse work experience in the financial industry. Steve started their career as a College Program Intern at IBM, where they were responsible for sales point assignments and implemented the HONE Network. After that, they worked as a College Program Intern at Cowen and Company, where they processed financial and market information for analysis. Steve then joined State Street as a Trust Administrator, buying and selling investments and advising on computing matters.

Moving forward, Steve worked at Putnam Investments as a Stable Asset Plan Specialist, making investment decisions and overseeing compliance. Steve then joined Lincoln Investment as a Branch Manager, handling client portfolios and providing financial information. At FINRA, they worked as a Senior Analyst, investigating and analyzing sales material for compliance. Steve also delivered speeches and created educational materials.

Steve's next role was at Transamerica Financial Advisors as a Compliance Specialist, where they were responsible for compliance related to advertising and sales literature. Steve conducted investigations and filed material with FINRA. After that, they joined Eagle Asset Management as a Director of Compliance, where they were instrumental in creating a broker-dealer and managing compliance for multiple investment advisers.

Steve'smost recent position is at Raymond James Investment Management, where they served as a Director of Compliance. Steve joined Carillon Fund Distributors as the President and CEO in 2019.

Throughout their career, Steve has gained expertise in compliance, investment management, financial analysis, and leadership roles.

Steve Gilbert earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Northeastern University between 1986 and 1991.
