Derek Adams

Derek Adams has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Derek started their career at the University of Rochester Medical Center, where they worked as an Analyst/Programmer, primarily focusing on application development and database management for clinical research studies. Derek then moved on to become a Lead Application Integration Programmer/Analyst, taking on additional project management responsibilities.

Following their time at the medical center, Derek joined Dynasty League Gaming, Inc. as a Tech Lead, where they were the founder of LeagueManager, an online web companion tool for EA SPORTS Madden NFL 11/12. Derek utilized CFML, JS, and MySQL technologies to build the web service, which garnered a large user base and received significant engagement.

Derek then joined Mythic as a Senior Developer, honing their skills further before transitioning to Atypic - Craft with Purpose. Derek assumed the role of Director of Technology & Development, taking charge of technological advancements and development initiatives.

Most recently, Derek joined RDI Diamonds as the VP of Digital Strategy, showcasing their expertise in developing and executing digital strategies. Derek also previously held the position of Web Application Developer at the company.
