Paul Clark has extensive work experience as a consultant and lead structural engineer in the oil and gas industry. Paul has worked for companies such as Aker Solutions, RDS - Engineering Specialists, Genesis Oil and Gas Consultants, AMEC, CB&I, MW Kellogg, and RDS Oil. Their roles have included working on various projects such as the Vangaurd Project, BP ACE Project, Johan Sverdrup Project, Snorre Project, BP Clair Ridge Project, ENI Norge Goliat Project, Chevron Gorgon Project, Nexen Buzzard Enhancement Project, and the MPF Corp. MPF01 Drill Ship Project. Paul has been responsible for designing drilling facilities, overseeing structural calculations and reports, and coordinating interdisciplinary communication to meet client requirements. Paul has also managed design teams and won competitive bids for projects.
Paul Clark has a BEng (Hons) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of East London, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. Paul also has a degree in Engineering and Plant Design, specifically ECITB GEA & SEA, from Richmond Upon Thames College, which they obtained in 1994 to 1995. Additionally, Paul attended The Latymer School, a Senior Grammar School, from 1986 to 1994, where they completed their GCSE and A-levels. Paul has also obtained several certifications, including a Uefa C license from UEFA in 2023, the CEng certification from the UK Engineering Council in 2011, and the CMarEng certification from the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology, also in 2011.
