Chris Valdez

Chris Valdez is currently working as the Director of Sales - US East at Re-Match since September 2022. Prior to that, they founded groundPLAY in March 2021 and worked as a Founder until September 2022. From 2014 to 2021, Chris worked at KOMPAN Inc Americas, starting as a Playground Design & Sales Consultant from January 2014 to December 2020, and later as a Senior Sales Representative from January 2018 to March 2021. Before that, they worked as an Account Executive - SMB at LinkedIn from October 2012 to April 2013. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Federal Government Sales & Solutions Executive at Xerox Corporation. Chris began their career at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2006 as an Account Executive, where they led a team of 40 bank associates and worked on sales development and marketing of loan products until July 2010.

Chris Valdez obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing, from Montclair State University. This educational achievement took place from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, Chris Valdez has obtained additional certifications, such as "Becoming Head of Sales: Developing Your Playbook" from LinkedIn in April 2020, and "Certified Playground Safety Inspector" from the National Recreation and Park Association in February 2014.
