Jerid Hayward

Jerid Hayward has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and program management. Jerid is currently the Director of Program Management at READY Robotics since November 2022. Prior to that, Jerid worked at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. for four years, where they held various roles including Operational Excellence Manager, Sr. Program Manager, and Automation Project Manager. Before joining Stanley Black & Decker, Jerid worked at Pratt & Whitney for four years as a Senior Integrated Project Team Lead. Jerid also served as the Director of Engineering at Exergy Integrated Systems from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, Jerid has previous experience as a Mechanical Engineer at Inovus Solar and as an Engineering Intern at AceCo Precision Manufacturing.

Jerid Hayward's education history includes obtaining an Advanced Business Certificate in Project Management from the University of Connecticut in 2017-2018. Prior to that, they also completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business between 2015 and 2018. Earlier in their academic journey, Jerid completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boise State University during the period of 2004-2009.

Jerid has also obtained several additional certifications. In August 2022, they earned the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance. In February 2022, they completed the Delivering Employee Feedback certification from LinkedIn. Additionally, in June 2018, Jerid obtained the PMP - 6th ed. with Agile certification from the Project Management Institute.
