Corkey Hay Desimone

Corkey Hay DeSimone started their work experience in 1990 as the Founding Owner of Corkey's Kids, a company that provided some services related to children. In 2003, they joined Gentle Giraffe Press as the President, where they were responsible for the development of books, websites, and interactive teaching tools for children, parents, and teachers. In 2013, they became the Chief Marketing Officer at Really Great Reading, a company focused on providing professional development and interventions to educators in order to improve reading skills.

Corkey Hay DeSimone attended St. Mary's College of Maryland from 1984 to 1987, where they earned a BFA degree in Fine Arts and Art History.
