Jovanna Pugh

Jovanna Pugh has 12 years of work experience, beginning with Worthington Industries in 2000 as an IT Support Specialist. In 2009, they joined Smiths Group plc as a Global IT Help Desk Supervisor. Jovanna then moved to Northwoods in 2010, where they served in three roles: Requirements Manager, Product Owner (PSPO), and Support Center Technician. Her most recent role is Senior Product Owner at Recast Software, which they began in 2022.

Jovanna Pugh obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wittenberg University in 2000, majoring in Computer Science and minoring in Mathematics and Music. In 2018, they obtained a Pragmatic Marketing Certified - Level Three (PMC-III) certification from Pragmatic Marketing. In 2012, they obtained a Professional Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum.org.
