Duane Kembel

Duane Kembel has a comprehensive work experience in various leadership roles within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Duane is currently serving as the Head of NA Commercial Operations at Recordati Rare Diseases since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of US Head of Marketing & Sales Force Effectiveness at EUSA Pharma from 2021 to 2022. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Cardinal Health, initially as the National Sales Director, Oncology and later as the National Vice President, Physician Office Sales. Duane also has experience at NanoString Technologies, Inc. as the Director, Diagnostic Marketing from 2016 to 2017. With CTI BioPharma, they held various roles including Senior Director of Marketing and Global Senior Product Manager Oncology Marketing. Before that, they worked at Janssen Biotech, Inc., Johnson & Johnson as an Oncology Marketing Product Director and Oncology Marketing Product Manager. Duane's earlier experience includes the role of Director of Oncology Sales Training & Development at Centocor and Sr. District Manager, Oncology at Ortho Biotech Products. Throughout their career, Duane has demonstrated a strong track record in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, leading and mentoring teams, and achieving sales goals.

Duane Kembel obtained a B.S. in Medical Technology from North Dakota State University, where they studied from 1993 to 1996.
