Jake Burton

Jake Burton has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Jake currently holds the position of Director, Revenue Operations at Recorded Future since April 2019. Prior to this, from December 2015 to March 2019, they served as the Sales Operations Lead at Formlabs. In 2015, Jake worked as a Career Consultant at Skillcycle, LLC for a short duration from June to October. Jake'sprevious experience includes working at Oracle as a Customer Experience Manager - Strategic Telecom and Hospitality - Eastern Canada from June 2013 to June 2015. In this role, they collaborated with major telecommunications companies and hospitality chains to improve customer experience and played a key role in enhancing sales, marketing, purchasing, and engagement processes. Jake's achievements at Oracle include being the Q4 and FY14 Eastern Canada CX Insides Sales MVP and achieving 182% of OTE for FY14.

Jake Burton attended Cornell University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Comparative Literature. In September 2017, they also obtained a certification as a Salesforce Certified Administrator from Salesforce.
