Deborah Gardner - Fusco

Deborah Gardner-Fusco has a diverse work experience in the field of payroll, benefits, and HRIS. Deborah has held various roles in different companies, demonstrating their expertise and knowledge in these areas.

Starting in 2001, Deborah worked at Comcast Spotlight as a Divisional Payroll Manager for nearly 9 years. Deborah then joined Elwyn as the Director of Payroll and HRIS in 2010.

In 2011, Deborah moved to CTDI, where they served as the Global Payroll-Benefits and HRMS Manager until 2013. Deborah then joined Ditech as the HR Operations Director, responsible for payroll, benefits, and HRIS, and held this position until 2015.

From 2015 to 2016, Deborah worked at Quantum Global Technologies, LLC as the Global Total Rewards Program Manager, where they also had director-level duties. After that, they joined Recovery Centers of America in 2016 as the Director of Payroll and Benefits/HRIS and served in this role until 2019.

In 2019, Deborah transitioned to LifeScan as the Global Manager HRIS, a position they held until 2020. Deborah then returned to Recovery Centers of America in 2020 as the Director of Payroll and Benefits.

Throughout their career, Deborah has consistently demonstrated their expertise in payroll, benefits, and HRIS roles.

Deborah Gardner - Fusco's education history includes attending Strayer University for a degree in Accounting, as well as studying at Upper Darby High School.
