Franziska Hertig

Franziska Hertig began their career in 2014 at Planet Sports GmbH as a Sales Assistant. Franziska was then promoted to Senior Sales Assistent and Retail Event Specialist. In 2019, they joined Jochen Schweizer mydays Group as a Retail Manager. In 2021, they began their current role as Team Lead Inbound Sales at RECUP GmbH. As Team Lead, they are responsible for customer advice and support, team leadership and management, onboarding of new employees, and process optimization. Additionally, they are involved in the design of the company's CRM system HubSpot to create a customer journey and sales funnel.

Franziska Hertig attended Akademie Handel from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a degree as a Geprüfter Handelsfachwirt in the field of Geschäft/Handel, allgemein.
