Paola Cordovez Cereceda

Paola Cordovez Cereceda has a wealth of experience in customer success, operations, and consulting. Paola began their career in 2013 as a Consultant for the Staff Retirement Plans at the Inter-American Development Bank. In 2015, they interned at the Staff Development and Learning Unit of the United Nations OCHA. In 2016, they were an Operations Director at the Hive Global Leaders Program, where they established and consolidated relationships with like-minded organizations, secured sponsorships, and planned six leadership events. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Project Manager at the United Nations, managing a multi-team project to improve effectiveness of UN mandatory courses. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an Enterprise Customer Success at Airtable, helping clients unlock the full value of the Airtable platform. In 2021, they were Head of Customer Engagement at Unit21. In 2022, they became an Investor at Diagram Collective and a Fellow at On Deck Customer Success. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Success at Recurrency.

Paola Cordovez Cereceda obtained a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School between 2014 and 2016, with a focus on Public Policy Analysis. Paola also earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Tecnológico de Monterrey between 2007 and 2012. In addition, they received a Certificate in International Relations from Sciences Po between 2009 and 2010.
