Sophie Gilham

Sophie joined RT as one of its first employees back in 2015. She brings skills from an MSc in Environmental Consultancy and a BSc in Environmental Science.

Since joining RT, she initially applied her skills to commercial agreements and regulatory compliance and has raised several million in government funding to advance RT’s growth. Now heading a new dedicated Sustainability department, she is committed to ensuring corporate sustainability and environmental performance are at the core of RT’s operations.
