Jessica Parrish

Jessica Parrish (Fane) has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Jessica started their career in 2000 with Brinker International, where they worked as a Culinary on Opening new locations for four years. Then, they joined Brinker International again in 2005 and held various roles, including FOH Manager, Culinary Manager, and General Manager until 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at Bonnaroo Group as a General Manager, where they handled multiple responsibilities such as invoices, facility improvements, hiring, terminations, and training. In 2015, Jessica joined Bonefish Grill as a Manager and Culinary Manager until 2016. Currently, they are at Red Lobster, where they have been a General Manager and also an HP (Assistant) to the Director of Operations since 2016.

Jessica Parrish (Fane) attended Appleton West High School from 1986 to 1989, obtaining a general degree. Jessica also holds a certification in ServSafe from the ServSafe institution, although the year of certification is not specified.
