Stephanie Sykes-Comas

Stephanie Sykes-Comas has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Stephanie is currently the Senior Director of Information Technology at Red Lobster. Prior to this, they worked as the Lead IT Program Manager at UKG and LABUR. Stephanie also served as the Senior Manager of Program Management at Hilton Grand Vacations and as a Senior Project Manager at AssistRx, Inc and Basati. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Business Development Analyst/Project Manager at AXIS Data Solutions and held multiple positions at America's First Home and First Family Mortgage Lending, LLC. Stephanie has a strong background in managing teams, overseeing project delivery, developing project plans, and implementing project management processes and methodologies. Stephanie holds an MBA and is certified as a PMP and SafeLPM.

Stephanie Sykes-Comas has a diverse educational background. Stephanie completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Spanish from Grand View University in 2003. In 2001, they also had an opportunity to study abroad in Sevilla, Spain, as part of their program at Trinity Christian College. Stephanie further pursued their education and obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree from Des Moines Area Community College in 2001.

In 2011, Stephanie achieved a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix, specializing in Business Administration. Stephanie then focused on professional development and acquired the Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2015.

Continuing to enhance their skills, Stephanie successfully completed the SAFe® Lean Portfolio Manager (LPM) certification from Cprime, Inc in 2022.
