Roksana Kozaryna

Roksana Kozaryna began their career in 2014 as Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Board at Red Sky. In this role, they collaborated with the CEO to create and drive organizational and operational strategies within the IT sector. Roksana was also responsible for overseeing company operations and establishing policies and procedures for better company operations and delivery practices. Additionally, they held the roles of Head of People Operations and HR & Office Manager / IT Recruiter.

In 2016, Roksana moved to RemoteMyApp sp. z o.o. where they served as HR and Operations Advisor. Roksana then held the same role at Traceroute42 in 2017 before joining GeekForce Sp. z o.o. in 2018 as HR and Operations Advisor.

Roksana Kozaryna has studied at Uniwersytet Szczeciński, focusing on regional studies, ethnology, anthropology, and gender studies. Roksana has also studied at Wyższa Szkoła Humanistyczna TWP w Szczecinie, focusing on social communication and journalism.
