Mitu Bannore has held a number of roles in the telecommunications industry since 2002. Mitu began their career as a Technical Support Engineer at vCustomer in 2002. In 2005, they moved to Adam Internet as an ADSL Provisioning Officer. In 2007, they joined Telstra as a Technical Specialist, where they provided technical support to clients and assisted the Alarm Monitoring team during emergencies. In 2009, they became a Technical Expert at Telstra Corp, managing routing, build and reporting adds/moves and changes. In 2019, they joined Redback Technologies as Head of Services and Team Leader After Sales and Customer Service.

Mitu Bannore has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Walchand Institue of Technology, obtained between 1998 and 2002. Mitu has also obtained a Certificate in Manage People Effectively from the Australian Institute of Management in August 2022, a CCNA from CISCO in July 2013, and a Certificate III in Customer Contact from a Government Accredited institution.
