Jakub Szarmach has been working in the legal field since 2009. Starting as an Assistant at Z&K Radcowie Prawni Sp. In 2012, they began working as a Legal Advisor at Aeco sp. z o.o., where they were responsible for providing legal consultation and researching legal matters. From 2013 to 2015, Jakub worked as an Assistant Solicitor at Szabunio Ziarkowski i Partnerzy Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni, where they drafted agreements for clients and provided optimal solutions to presented problems. From 2015 to 2020, Jakub worked as an Attorney At Law at Misiewicz, Mosek i Partnerzy Kancelaria Radców Prawnych, specializing in corporate law, negotiations of contracts, and creating legal solutions. In 2020, they began working as the Managing Partner at Kancelaria Radców Prawnych Cognitor and Chief Legal Officer at REDD Real Estate Digital Data. Jakub is responsible for managing a team of lawyers, tax advisors, and patent lawyers.

Jakub Szarmach obtained a Master's degree in Law from the University of Gdansk between 2005 and 2010.
