Rere Kautsar is an experienced professional in revenue management and growth strategy, currently serving as a Revenue Manager at RedDoorz since November 2022, where expertise in supply-demand balancing and innovative pricing strategies is applied to optimize occupancy rates and enhance customer satisfaction. Previously, Rere held the position of Project Manager for Growth Strategy at Xiaomi Indonesia from November 2021 to November 2022, focusing on demand growth through strategic partnerships and data-driven projects. Rere's experience at Grab spanned from November 2018 to October 2021 in various roles, including Assistant Manager for Growth Strategy - Analytics, where the emphasis was on customer journey and demand generation, as well as monitoring performance in Indonesia's top cities as a Senior Strategic Project Analyst. Rere began a career as a Strategic Project Analyst, assisting in performance reporting and analysis. Rere holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from IPB University, obtained between 2014 and 2018.
