Daniel Mandelik

Daniel Mandelik is an accomplished R&D professional with extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and projects across various innovative companies. Currently serving as SVP and previously VP of R&D at Redefine Meat, Daniel has held leadership positions at EyeWay Vision, Noveto Systems Ltd, and Coloright, where responsibilities included overseeing the development of advanced technologies such as AR glasses and complex optical systems. With a strong foundation in physics, supported by a PhD from the Weizmann Institute of Science, Daniel has demonstrated expertise in optics, real-time signal processing, and various engineering disciplines throughout a career that spans over 15 years.
