Eyal Boumgarten

Eyal Boumgarten has extensive work experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Eyal is currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Redis since 2022. Previously, they worked at Attenti as the Embedded SW Director from 2018 to 2022, where they led the development of Electronic Monitoring devices and managed multiple development teams. Before that, they held the position of Software Director at Orbit Communications Systems from 2017 to 2018, leading the SW development of satellite tracking devices. Eyal also worked as the Software Director at MUV Interactive from 2015 to 2017, overseeing the development of unique input devices. Eyal gained extensive leadership experience at N-trig, where they served as the Director SW group from 2011 to 2014, leading multiple SW teams. Prior to that, they held the role of DSP team leader and Sr. FW engineer at N-trig from 2007 to 2011, leading the development of signal processing algorithms and low-level drivers. Eyal started their career as a SW engineer at NSN from 2005 to 2007, working on low-level drivers and protocols. Eyal also worked as a QA engineer at Frontline PCB Solutions from 2004 to 2005, conducting manual and automatic tests.

Eyal Boumgarten obtained a Bsc in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Ben-Zvi high school from 1995 to 1997, but did not earn a degree or specify a field of study.
