Diego Corubolo has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to present. Diego has held various roles in different companies. Starting with Oasis Hard & Soft from 2008 to 2009 as a Level 1 support agent, followed by Infoland - Conocimiento en T&E from 2009 to 2010 in the same role. In 2010, they joined ITS - Infrastructure Technology Services as an Infrastructure Specialist until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, Diego worked at inConcert as a Customer Service Technician and later as a Regional Customer Service Manager. In 2015, they joined Versata as a Level 2 Support Engineer and later became a Customer onboarding manager in 2016. Diego then worked at CGM&A as a Technical Expert from 2017 to 2018, focusing on improving telephony and contact center systems. In 2016, they joined Aurea Software as a Customer Success Manager and eventually rose to the role of Vice President of Customer Success. Diego joined Redwood Software in 2020 as an IT & Technical Support Manager and currently holds the position of Director of Global Support.
Diego Corubolo obtained a Licentiate degree in Informática from Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga' from 2014 to 2018. Diego also received a MCITP certification in Microsoft from EmpowerU in 2011. Additionally, they have completed several certifications from Code School, including Git Real, Git Real 2, The Magical Marvels of MongoDB, Try Git, the-sequel-to-sql, and try-sql.
