Richard Badley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Richard is currently the Head of Ad Tech at ReedPop, where they oversee commercial operations and leads a team to ensure the successful delivery of ad campaigns. In their previous role as a Senior Commercial Developer at Gamer Network, they managed junior developers and led the commercial strategy from a technical standpoint. Before that, Richard worked as an Ad Tech Developer at Gamer Network, where they developed ad campaigns, interactive games, and websites. Richard has also worked as a Web Developer at Liquid Light, a Web Designer at Education Travel Group, a Software Development Engineer at Microsoft, a Web Developer at Multimap, a Web Support specialist at Reed Business Information, and a Multimedia Designer at Sedao. Throughout their career, Richard has demonstrated their expertise in programmatic strategies, front-end ad optimization, ad server migration, website design, and development.
