Heather R. Bernardo has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Heather R. began their career as the Midwest Regional Sales Manager at Nicole Miller from 1994 to 1997. Heather R. then worked at I.C.O.C. from 1997 to 2004 as a Program Manager and Sector Leader, where they managed teams, conducted conflict resolution, and planned large-scale events.

In 2007, Heather joined Sears Holdings Corporation as the Softlines Merchant for The Great Indoors until 2008.
