Rowdy van Raalten

Rowdy van Raalten has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rowdy began their career in 2005 at Nestlé S.A., where they held positions as Processing Teamleader and Production Support Teamleader for infant formula. In 2012, they volunteered at Arise And Shine Uganda. From 2013 to 2014, Rowdy worked as a Commercial Project manager & Change Manager at IJsseltechnologie, where they managed projects in the infant formula and ophthalmic equipment industries. Rowdy then joined Dutch Ophthalmic Research Center in 2014 as a Service Manager and later became the Global Service Manager and Program Manager. In 2016, Rowdy worked as an Interim Manager at Unilever before transitioning to Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods, where they served as the Manager Processing and later as the Plant Director. Rowdy then joined Refresco in 2019 as the Continuous Improvement Manager for Benelux. In 2022, they became the Operations Director at Novades BV before returning to Refresco in 2023 as the Plant Manager / Site Director. Throughout their career, Rowdy has demonstrated expertise in operations management, continuous improvement, and leadership.

Rowdy van Raalten attended the LEAN Leadership Institute in 2018, where they obtained a certification in LEAN Leadership Black-Belt.
