Kelsey Heitz

Kelsey Heitz has held various positions in the talent and sales industries since 2010. Kelsey began their career as a Staff Writer for Newtek Business Services Corp. (NASDAQ: NEWT) in 2010, where they assisted the Marketing Department and wrote for their Small Business Authority Blog featured on Forbes.com. In 2012, they moved to AOL Local/Patch.com, where they held the roles of Sales Operations Account Manager and Inside Sales Account Executive. In 2013, they joined Atrium Staffing as Talent Manager, and was later promoted to Talent Director. In 2018, Kelsey moved to Reonomy, where they held the roles of Talent Partner and Senior Talent Partner. Currently, they are a Senior Recruiter at Regal.io.

Kelsey Heitz attended The Wheeler School from 2003 to 2007 and then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Communications from Roanoke College in 2011.
