Kerri Zelensek

Kerri Zelensek has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Kerri is currently working as the Vice President, Associate General Counsel at Regent Surgical Health since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Associate General Counsel at the same company from July 2022 to June 2023.

Before joining Regent Surgical Health, Kerri worked at Rush University Medical Center as the Assistant General Counsel, specializing in Regulatory and Corporate Transactions, from April 2021 to July 2022.

Kerri gained valuable experience as an Associate Attorney at McGuireWoods LLP from September 2014 to April 2021.

Kerri'searlier legal experience includes working as an Associate Attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from October 2013 to September 2014, and as a Summer Associate at the same firm from June 2012 to August 2012.

Kerri Zelensek began their legal career as an Extern at the Law Division- Cook County Circuit Court from May 2011 to August 2011.

Kerri Zelensek received a JD, summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2013. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earning a BS in Accounting and Finance in 2010.
