Anna M. Abolian

Anna M. Abolian has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Anna M. currently holds the position of Sr. Medical Director and Clinical Development Lead at REGENXBIO Inc., which they began in January 2021. Prior to this, Anna worked as a Senior Medical Science Liaison at Genentech from December 2017 to December 2020. Anna M. also has experience as an Optometrist, having worked at L. Bruce Mebine, OD & Associates from September 2014 to December 2017, The Vision Center from September 2013 to September 2014, and University Eye Care Physicians from August 2013 to September 2014. Anna has previous research experience as a National Eye Institute Research Fellow from May 2009 to May 2010 and as a Clinical Research Associate at the West Los Angeles VA and UCLA Neurology Department. Additionally, they have experience as an Instructor at Kaplan Test Prep from September 2008 to September 2009.

Anna M. Abolian received a Bachelor's Degree in Physiological Sciences from UCLA. Subsequently, they pursued an Optometry Doctorate at the University of California, Berkeley.
