Stacey Bogumil

Stacey Bogumil has over a decade of experience in HR and Total Rewards roles. Their most recent position was as the Head of Total Rewards at Regional Finance, where they managed a team of 7 and reported to the CHRO. Prior to that, they held the dual role of Head of People at Fast Radius and Head of Global Total Rewards at SyBridge Technologies. Stacey has also worked at companies such as Ritchie Bros., TreeHouse Foods, Tyson Foods, Claire's, Heidrick & Struggles, and Rush University Medical Center in various leadership positions. With a strong background in compensation, benefits, HR operations, and analytics, Stacey has supported organizations of all sizes, from publicly-held companies to private equity-owned global retailers.

Stacey Bogumil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organization Behavior, which they obtained with Magna Cum Laude honors from Northwestern University. Stacey later pursued further education at the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Global Human Resources. Stacey has also obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the following: a Certificate in Global Benefits Management from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in October 2015, a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification from WorldatWork in June 2011, a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from IFEBP in September 2009, a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from SHRM in January 2003, and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from WorldatWork in January 1999.
