Jordan Arnold

Sr. Director of Customer Experience at RegScale

Jordan Arnold has had a long and successful career in customer success. Jordan began their career in 2009 as an Account Executive for Meridian Imaging Solutions, A Konica Minolta Company. During their time there, they created and executed a sales plan that exceeded revenue goals in the first year by 137%. Jordan then moved up to Manager of Managed Services, where they created a business plan to achieve quarterly and annual product goals and metrics. In 2018, they became the Strategic Account Manager (Sr. Customer Success Manager) for All Covered, leading the merger of Meridian's customers into the AllCovered/Konica Minolta platform. Jordan then moved to FranConnect as the Director of Customer Success in 2019. In 2020, they joined DivvyCloud as the Director, Global Customer Success, protecting cloud and container environments from misconfigurations, policy violations, threats, and IAM challenges. In 2021, Jordan became the Head of Global Customer Success for Wiz and in 2022 they were promoted to Director of Global Customer Success for RegScale.

Jordan Arnold obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Environmental Management from Franklin & Marshall College between 1997 and 2001. In 2013, they completed a Certificate Program in Britain and the Challenge of Global Uncertainty at the University of Oxford. Additionally, they hold certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, VMware, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Education, obtained between 2013 and 2021.
