Maria Cristina Reclamado

Maria Cristina Reclamado, CPP, CPHR, CCBP, EC4 Toastmasters has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Maria Cristina has worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Remote Staff since 2021, where they oversee HR operations and strategic initiatives. Prior to that, they were the creator, podcast host, and content developer at HR Shouts and Whispers from 2018. From 2016 to 2022, they served as the Managing Director and Head Trainer at Imperium Global Quest Excellence Corporation, where they managed HR consultancy and partnered with INTESOL Philippines for TESOL review and accreditation. Additionally, they were the Executive in charge of HR and Administrative Departments at E-commerce Global Integrated Innovations, Inc. from 2018 to 2020, where they implemented various HR processes and practices. Maria also has experience as a Partner/Consultant for Retail Operations at Empire Luxury Lifestyle Corporation, HR Manager at CIM Technologies, Inc., HR Manager at Tencentech, Inc., and HR Head/Assistant Manager at Yamaha Motor Philippines, Inc. Furthermore, they have worked as Co-owner/Managing Director at Visualplusma Inc. and Administration Manager at TV5 Network Inc. throughout their career.

Maria Cristina Reclamado, CPP, CPHR, CCBP, EC4 Toastmasters has an extensive education history. Maria Cristina obtained a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management from the College of Saint Benilde, De La Salle, Taft in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they pursued MA Units in Communication Research at UP College of Mass Communication from 2003 to 2010. Maria Cristina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Major in Film and Audio Visual Presentation from UP Diliman, Quezon City, which they completed in 1995. Maria Cristina completed their high school education at OB Montessori Center Inc. from 1980 to 1991.

In addition to their academic achievements, Maria has obtained various certifications. Maria Cristina is a Certified Compensation and Benefits Professional from the International HR Institute, a Certified Payroll Professional from the National Institute of Accounting Technicians, and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources from CPHR Philippines. Maria Cristina has also completed courses such as Toastmasters Effective Coaching Levels 2 and 3 from Toastmasters International and an Internal Audit Course from Systems Network International, Inc. Maria Cristina has participated in the Ateneo Leadership and Management Development Program offered by the Ateneo Center for Continuing Education.
