Phillip Johns

Phillip Johns has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Phillip is currently working as a Technical Product Manager at Removery since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Information Technology Desktop Support at Robert Half for Survey and Mapping LLC, starting from February 2022.

Before transitioning to the IT field, Phillip had experience as a Server at Red Robin, where they focused on delivering exceptional customer service and promoting loyalty programs, starting from December 2021.

Phillip's longest tenure was at Kaiser Permanente, where they held multiple roles over the years. From April 2015 to September 2021, they worked as a Risk Information Consultant, identifying improvement opportunities, creating training materials, and defining requirements in an agile environment. Prior to that, they served as an IT Consultant from September 2011 to April 2015, implementing supply chain processes and collaborating with planners. Before that, they worked as an Intermediate Desktop Support Technician from September 2008 to September 2011, providing technical support and installing hardware. Phillip also served as a Security Systems Manager and Security Systems Administrator at Inter-Con Security/Kaiser Permanente Colorado from June 2003 to September 2008, overseeing system upgrades, managing vendors, and ensuring operational security measures.

Phillip started their professional career in the US Army, serving as a SGT in the 59th Military Police Company from September 1996 to July 2000. Prior to that, they held the role of Private First Class in the 552nd Military Police Company from November 1995 to September 1996 and Company 787 - C Military Police from July 1995 to November 1995.

Phillip Johns completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Colorado State University Global in 2017.
