The executive team at Renaissance Alliance has a long history of experience in the insurance industry. Many members of the team have worked for large companies such as Aon, Affirmative Insurance, and Bricker Consulting Group. Others have founded their own companies, such as IVY LADDER and Confie Seguros. The team is also well-educated, with degrees from prestigious universities such as Washington University in St. Louis, Boston College, and the University of Notre Dame.
