Lia Siht has been working in the legal and compliance field since 2011. Lia began their career as a Company Lawyer at Majavalitseja Grupp OÜ in 2011, followed by a role as Senior Associate Lawyer at ISS Estonia in 2013. In 2018, they moved to Bondora as a Representative Lawyer and debt recovery specialist. Currently, Lia Siht is the Head of legal and compliance at Rendin since 2020.
Lia Siht obtained a Master's degree in Law from TLU Õigusakadeemia in 2013, having previously obtained a Bachelor's degree from Akadeemia Nord in 2011.
