Susan Findlay

Susan Findlay has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2009, they became a Fellow at the Australian Institute of Company Directors. From 2009 to 2016, they worked as a Business Manager for Culture & Communications at the Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources. From 2011 to 2015, they served as a Southern Panel Member at the Grains Research and Development Corporation, where they assessed regional investment proposals and analyzed risks. In 2011, Susan participated in the Climate Champion Program, which involved collaborating with scientists and farmers to bring climate research to the agricultural industry. In 2013, they joined the Advisory Board of the Hawksbury Institute for the Environment. Susan also served as a Board Member at the Centre for Agricultural Engineering from 2014 onwards. In 2016, they became a Program Manager at Agriculture Policy, Agriculture Victoria, a role they held until 2018.
