Prior roles include leadership positions at OneCause, focusing on customer support and implementation, and sales roles at Ryan Homes and within the sports sector, including the Chicago Sky, where Eric achieved significant revenue milestones. Eric began a career in sales and marketing with an internship at Northwestern University's Athletic Department and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Administration from Ball State University.
