Rick Jaspers Msc

Rick Jaspers MSc is an experienced procurement and sourcing manager currently leading global sourcing initiatives at Repligen Corporation since March 2021. In this role, Rick has been instrumental in managing multi-site EU procurement and has contributed significantly to the Global Procurement Leadership Team. With prior experience as a Senior Specialist in Biologics Sterile Operations Procurement at MSD and roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Produlab Pharma, and Secapp BV, Rick has developed expertise in supplier performance management, risk assessment, and cost improvement. Rick holds a Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management from Open Universiteit and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, and Law from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
