Phil Rapisardo

Phil Rapisardo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, solution engineering, and product marketing. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Sales Success at Reputation since January 2018, Phil leads three departments focused on sales effectiveness. Previously, Phil held the position of Vice President of Solution Engineering, directly contributing to global sales quota attainment. Prior experience includes leadership roles at SIM Partners, where strategic initiatives led to the company's successful acquisition by Reputation, as well as a background in enterprise sales at Groupon and media roles in sports broadcasting. Phil earned a degree in Radio and Television from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
