Michael Bochantin has extensive experience in customer success, sales, and account management roles. Michael is currently the Head of Customer Success at Resistant AI, where they utilize AI and machine learning to protect financial services from fraud. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Automation Hero, Inc. and HubSpot, where they helped clients achieve their marketing and sales goals. Michael also has experience in sales and account management at TrueAbility, Readitfor.me, Cogeco Peer 1, Express Information Systems, ADP TotalSource, SunGard Availability Services, and Rackspace Managed Hosting. Overall, Michael has a strong background in driving revenue growth and building successful customer relationships.
