Borja Cubillo

Borja Cubillo, CFA has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Borja started their career as a Private Banking Intern at Banco Espirito Santo in 2006 and then moved on to work as a Financial Consultant at Grupo CIMD. Borja later joined Aviva, where they held various roles including Financial Risk Analyst, ALM Credit Risk Manager, and Investment Strategy Manager. Most recently, they served as a Credit Analyst at A.M. Best before taking on the role of Head of Portfolio Management at Resolution Life in 2019.

Borja Cubillo, CFA holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Actuarial Science from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Borja also completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Capital Markets and Alternative Investments from Instituto BME. In addition, they obtained a second Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Borja Cubillo is a CFA charterholder and holds the Spanish Actuary certification from Instituto de Actuarios Españoles (Colegio Profesional).
