Kaye Nichols, SHRM-CP has over 26 years of experience in human resources. Prior to this, Kaye served as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Federal-Mogul Motorparts, where they led a team of HR professionals and developed and implemented HR strategies aligned with the company's vision. Kaye also ensured HR compliance and directed internal audits. Before that, they worked as the Corporate Human Resources Director at PainMD, the Regional Human Resources Manager at Tractor Supply Company, and the HR Manager at Burkley Envelope Company and Fargo Assembly of PA, Inc. Kaye began their career as an HR Coordinator at PRIDE Industries. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their ability to establish and maintain company culture, drive processes, and maintain a productive work environment.

Kaye Nichols, SHRM-CP, has a strong educational background in the field of Human Resources and Business Administration. In 2009, they completed a Human Resources Certification program at Southeast Community College, where they obtained a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) degree. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1990, they attended LSC - Lincoln School of Commerce, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration.
