Maria Baldwin

Maria Baldwin is currently the Head of People at Resources for Autism, where Maria leads and manages the people team and the strategic design of the organization's recruitment and retention plan. Prior to this, Maria served as a Senior Recruitment Manager overseeing recruitment at all levels. Maria was also a Simultaneous Interpreter in their self-employed venture from 2014 to 2017, managing languages, logistics, and public relations with expertise in various public sector fields. Maria holds a Master's Degree in Political Science and Government from The University of Manchester.
