Zamina Walji

Zamina Walji is the Director of Customer Strategy and Operations at Resq. Zamina has over 15 years of experience in strategy, operations, and analytics.

Walji started their career at Deloitte Canada as a Manager in the Enterprise Risk and Assurance practice. Zamina then transitioned to Senior Manager of Customer Strategy and Analytics. In this role, they helped clients grow revenue through new business launches, consumer strategy, digital/analytics/AI enablement, and process optimization.

In 2012, Walji left Deloitte to join Sears Canada as their Director of Strategy and Business Improvement. After two years, they returned to the consulting world at PwC Canada as their National Consumer Markets Leader. In this role, Walji was responsible for the retail and consumer P&L, including strategy, operations, marketing, and talent management.

Most recently, Walji spent three years at Aurora Cannabis Inc. as their Vice President of Supply Chain Planning and Procurement. In this role, they were responsible for managing the sales and operational planning process and sourcing across the B2B and B2C/D2C channels.

Walji has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).

Zamina Walji obtained their Chartered Accounting designation in 2008 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.

Their manager is Kuljeev Singh, CEO & Founder. They are on a team with Parisa Tootazehi - Marketing Director, Chad Wozniak - Head of Sales, and Bob Reid - Director Of Engineering.
